Bolívar Moura Rocha is based in Brasília, where he works in Government Affairs, as well as on complex cases in the areas of Dispute Resolution, Antitrust Law and International Trade.
Mr. Rocha worked with the Brazilian federal administration for a number of years. His responsibilities comprised financial matters, competition advocacy and regulatory work in relation to a wide range of industries. He also worked with the Swiss Institute of Comparative Law (1987-1990), where he drafted legal opinions in comparative law and conflict of laws.
Mr. Rocha was an assistant for International Law with the legal department of the International Monetary Fund and a Visiting Scholar at Georgetown University Law Center.
