Fernando de Azevedo Peraçoli

Fernando Peraçoli is a senior associate in Levy & Salomão’s Corporate & Securities group, where his practice concentrates on public and private offerings, finance and secured transactions. He has significant experience with fund formation and private equity matters, project finance, bond issuances and M&A transactions.

Mr. Peraçoli works regularly with both international and Brazilian investment funds, corporations, as well as banks and other financial service providers. He also has represented clients in administrative proceedings before Brazil’s Central Bank and Securities Commission – CVM.
