Fernando de Azevedo Perazzoli

Fernando Perazzoli practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and corporate law, including the structuring of capital-raising transactions through the issuance of securities, the formation of investment funds, and advisory work related to the regulation of the financial system and the capital markets. He also works on the structuring and negotiation of domestic and international loans and financings, project finance transactions, and administrative proceedings before the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM).
