Gabriela Lotufo

Gabriela Lotufo focuses on strategic litigation and arbitration, representing Brazilian and international clients in complex judicial and arbitral disputes. Her practice covers, in particular, matters involving civil and contract law, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets, including payment systems and investment funds.
In addition to conducting litigation and arbitration proceedings, Gabriela advises clients on dispute prevention, litigation risk assessment, and the negotiation of settlements, both in the pre-dispute stage and throughout ongoing proceedings.
Gabriela holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from FGV Direito SP. Her master’s thesis, “Sharing of Personal Data in M&A Transactions,” was awarded among the best in the 2023 class and was published by Editora Dialética (2025). She is a member of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr) and the OAB-SP Special Commissions on Arbitration and Banking Law.
