Gabriela Lotufo

Gabriela Lotufo practices in strategic litigation and arbitration, representing domestic and international clients in complex disputes before courts and arbitral tribunals. Her practice focuses in particular on disputes involving civil and contract law, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets, including payment methods and investment funds. In addition to handling litigation and arbitration proceedings, Gabriela advises clients on dispute prevention, litigation risk assessment, and the negotiation of solutions, both at the pre-dispute stage and during ongoing proceedings. She is a member of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr) and of the Special Committees on Arbitration and Banking Law of the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB SP).
