Luiz Roberto de Assis

Luiz Roberto de Assis works on the structuring and negotiation of domestic and international loans and financings, as well as on banking, foreign exchange, and foreign investment regulatory matters, both in an advisory capacity and in administrative proceedings before the Central Bank of Brazil and the National Financial System Appeals Council. He worked for a decade at one of Germany’s leading banks and has taught in undergraduate and postgraduate law programs.
