Isabela Schenberg Frascino practices primarily in tax advisory and planning, working on both domestic and international transactions across a wide range of economic sectors. She advises individuals and legal entities, whether resident in Brazil or abroad. She has participated in numerous tax, estate, and succession planning matters involving the use of international and local structures and treaties. Her experience also includes tax advisory in corporate transactions and reorganizations, such as acquisitions, spin-offs, and mergers, the formation of joint ventures, foreign investments, and international financings. Isabela also has extensive expertise in tax matters related to domestic and foreign investments in the Brazilian financial and capital markets, including the structuring of transactions and securitizations using investment funds and special purpose vehicles, as well as the issuance of securities in Brazil and abroad.
