Victor de Assis Vidal

Victor de Assis Vidal practices in tax litigation, with experience in a wide range of disputes at both the judicial level, before federal and state courts, and the administrative level, before the Administrative Council of Tax Appeals (CARF) of the Ministry of Finance. He also works in civil litigation, with experience in strategic disputes involving civil and commercial contracts, civil liability, and corporate and real estate matters. He is a member of the Civil Procedure Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association, Federal District Chapter (OAB-DF).
