Ana Paula Martinez practices in the areas of Competition Law, Compliance, and Anti-Corruption. Throughout her professional career, she has held positions within the federal government related to competition, anti-corruption, and anti-money laundering, in addition to having worked at an international law firm and participated in global initiatives and forums dedicated to competition law. She is also involved in organizations and boards focused on the study and development of these fields and serves as an arbitrator at an arbitration chamber. Her work has been recognized in international specialized publications.
