Daniel Tardelli Pessoa is a corporate transactional lawyer who has structured and negotiated domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts (MBOs) and leveraged buyouts (LBOs) on behalf of clients in numerous industries, including information technologies, hospitality, construction, telecommunications, energy, timber assets and infrastructure/public works.
Mr. Pessoa also represents clients in private equity and venture capital matters, and provides advice in connection with a wide range of corporate reorganizations involving publicly and privately-held companies, limited liability entities, and joint ventures.
Mr. Pessoa represents clients in corporate disputes, and structures entities for purposes of corporate governance and estate planning. He also represents clients in agribusiness, real estate transactions and data protection.
Mr. Pessoa was an international associate with Morrison Foerster, LLP (New York office), and served as an adjunct professor at the Instituto Internacional de Ciências Sociais and of the GV-Law program.
