- Draft and analysis of agreements related to promotions, merchandising, naming rights and other types of advertisement agreements;
- Legal advice regarding advertisement regulation;
- Acting in judicial and administrative proceedings, including before the Brazilian Council for Advertising Self-Regulation (Conar), the Brazilian Film Agency (Ancine) and the National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel).
