  • representing clients in arbitration and mediation forums;
  • draft and analysis of agreements related to promotions, merchandising, naming rights and other types of advertisement agreements;
  • legal advice regarding advertisement regulation; and
  • acting in judicial and administrative proceedings, including before the Brazilian Council for Advertising Self-Regulation (Conar), the Brazilian Film Agency (Ancine) and the National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel).
