- Reviewing portfolios of administrative and judicial proceedings to propose strategies aimed at reducing the number of pending cases and mitigating the risk of new disputes.
- Advising clients on the structuring of transactions and the negotiation of settlements to prevent or resolve disputes, including representation before mediation and conciliation bodies.
- Representing clients in arbitration proceedings.
- Representing clients before higher courts and state and federal courts in individual and class actions involving contract interpretation and breach, corporate disputes, real estate transactions, civil liability, succession matters, insurance law, banking and payments, competition law, sector specific regulation, and environmental law.
- Representing creditors in the recovery of claims through enforcement proceedings, repossession actions, and other measures against debtors, guarantors, and third parties.
