Angela Di Franco

Angela Di Franco created, developed, and currently leads the firm’s dispute resolution practice. She has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, both in judicial proceedings and in domestic and international arbitration. Throughout her professional career, she has led teams in commercial and corporate disputes, contractual and non-contractual civil liability matters, recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments, corporate tax litigation, real estate disputes, and estate and succession matters, in both advisory and contentious contexts. In addition, she has broad experience in conciliation and mediation, with a practice focused on both the prevention and resolution of disputes. She also serves on the firm’s Administrative Committee, which is responsible for strategic planning and defining the firm’s operational guidelines.
