- Negotiating leniency agreements and cease and desist commitments with competition authorities;
- Challenging transactions with potentially harmful effects on competition;
- Preparing complaints regarding anticompetitive practices;
- Identifying antitrust liabilities in mergers and acquisitions; and
- Court representation in competition related matters.
