Isabela Pannunzio practices in the areas of antitrust, anti-corruption, and compliance. In the antitrust field, she represents clients in administrative and judicial proceedings and provides preventive advice through the review of companies’ market practices. She participates in the structuring of compliance programs and codes of conduct and conducts internal investigations within companies. She also works on negotiating leniency and cooperation agreements with public authorities, including the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE), Brazil’s antitrust authority, the Office of the Comptroller General (CGU), and the Public Prosecutor’s Office. Her experience includes the filing and challenging of merger filings before CADE, representing parties to mergers, acquisitions, and associative agreements, as well as interested third parties. In contentious matters, she represents clients in investigations related to economic and regulatory violations and in claims involving anticompetitive practices before CADE. She also acts in litigation involving fines and regulatory acts issued by government agencies.
