Flávia Porfírio Couto

Flávia Porfírio Couto practices in the areas of antitrust, anti-corruption, and compliance. In the antitrust field, she represents clients before the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE), Brazil’s antitrust authority, in merger filings and investigations of anticompetitive conduct. She also participates in the structuring of compliance programs and codes of conduct, and conducts internal investigations within companies.
