Flávia Porfírio Couto

Flávia Couto practices law in the areas of antitrust, anticorruption and compliance matters. In the antitrust area, her experience includes notifying mergers to the Brazilian Competition Authority (CADE) as well as representing clients in cartel investigations. Furthermore, participates in the structuring of compliance programs and codes of conduct, and helps conduct internal investigations.
