Pedro Campos Ferraz

Pedro Campos Ferraz works in the structuring and negotiation of domestic and international loans and financings. He participates in fundraising transactions through the issuance of securities and in export financing operations. In addition to his work with loans and financings, he is involved in banking, payment services, foreign exchange, foreign investment, and capital markets regulatory matters, both in an advisory capacity and in administrative proceedings before the Central Bank and the National Financial System Appeals Council. Pedro also works on company incorporations and in the mergers and acquisitions area.
