Pedro Campos Ferraz

Pedro Campos Ferraz works on the structuring and negotiation of domestic and international loans and financings. He participates in capital-raising transactions through the issuance of securities and in export financing transactions. In addition to his work with loans and financings, he is involved in banking, payments, foreign exchange, foreign investment, and capital markets regulatory matters, both in an advisory capacity and in administrative proceedings before the Central Bank and the National Financial System Appeals Council. Pedro also works on the formation of companies and in the area of mergers and acquisitions.
