Antitrust in times of crisis

Mariana Tavares de Araujo participated in the Webinar on “Antitrust in Times of Crisis” organized by the OECD - OCDE Competition Committee on May 28 for the members of the Committee. The Webinar focused on two key topics: Competitor Cooperation and Cartels and Abusive Practices/Excessive Pricing. Mariana’s intervention focused on business concerns and needs regarding enforcement in both areas. Other speakers included Richard Whish (Professor Emeritus, King’s College, UK) and John Davies (Executive Vice President at Compass Lexecon, UK and France).
