Financial and legal mechanisms shall be coordinated and used by the Public Administration to mitigate the effects of the crisis causes by the Covid-19 pandemic. To promote the debate over macroeconomic solutions available to Brazilian authorities, Professor Affonso Celso Pastore, former president of the Central Bank of Brazil (1983-1985), gave a virtual talk to interns, associates and partners of Levy & Salomão Advogados.
The importance of the agenda of reforms, trends for economic growth recovery and effects of the crisis for local enterprises were matters discussed during the meeting. This event happened within the scope of the “Continued Formation Program”, an activity held on a monthly basis at our firm.
