Ana Paula Martinez was a speaker on the panel on “coopetition” in the context of M&A transactions at the Latin Lawyer Live: Mergers & Acquisitions 2023. The conference was held on December 5, in São Paulo.

The panel discussed, among others, topics such as navigating scrutiny from antitrust authorities in M&A deals involving competitors; determining governance structure and decision-making processes; and due diligence – managing differing views on the valuation of assets and businesses. David Grosgold (Debevoise & Plimpton), Christian Lippert H. (Galicia) and Monique Mavignier (BMA Advogados) shared the panel with Ana Paula Martinez.
