Simone Lahorgue Nunes works on a wide range of matters in the entertainment industry, including media, intellectual property, and sports law. She is particularly noted for advising on the structuring of industry activities, assisting broadcasting companies, pay TV operators, internet platforms, audiovisual content producers, sports organizations, and investors. She also advises clients on data protection and technology matters and holds an international certification in data privacy. She previously served as general counsel for major institutions, including a financial sector company and a media group, where she worked for over a decade across various areas of entertainment law, as well as corporate and contract law. She is also a professor in legal education and postgraduate programs, focusing on intellectual property and related fields. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles in international committees in sports law and technology and serves as an arbitrator in mediation and arbitration chambers, including disputes involving intellectual property and sports.
