Our antitrust team has assisted The Walt Disney Company in its acquisition of 21st Century Fox, which won the "Merger control matter of the year - Americas" awards at 2020 Global Competition Review Awards virtual cerimony.

Levy & Salomão was also shortlisted as one of the finalists for the "Regional firm of the year – Americas" category, while partner Mariana Tavares de Araujo was shortlisted for "Dealmaker of the year" in this year’s edition. Read more.
