Beatriz Bueno de Moraes has extensive experience in the drafting, review, and regularization of legal instruments related to the acquisition and transfer of real estate. She is experienced in analyzing real estate documentation, correcting registry records, and ensuring compliance with Brazilian real estate registration laws, acting with precision in complex transactions. She advises on a broad range of real estate contracts, including lease agreements, loan for use (comodato), built-to-suit (BTS) agreements, rural leases, leasing, property exchanges, donations, loan agreements, as well as distribution, manufacturing, and service agreements, construction contracts, surface rights, and deeds. Her practice covers both straightforward and complex real estate transactions, as well as estate planning with a focus on real estate law, real estate developments, the establishment of condominiums and subdivisions, and ongoing contract management. Beatriz has also participated in innovative transactions involving the underutilization of parking spaces in residential condominiums and the implementation of fractional ownership (multiproperty) arrangements.
