Renato Din Oikawa

Renato Din Oikawa is an associate in Levy & Salomão’s litigation group. His practice focuses on business disputes, particularly those affecting closely held entities, such as cases regarding shareholder and partnership dissolution and profit sharing. In addition, Mr. Oikawa represents clients in complex shareholder derivative lawsuits and regulatory actions and investigations, including those before Brazilian communications and antitrust authorities.

Mr. Oikawa’s clients include media and telecommunications companies, groups of franchisees, and financial institutions. Mr. Oikawa also assists clients in conducting litigation-related risk assessments, both in reviewing anticipated litigation and in M&A and real estate transactions that require litigation expertise as part of the due diligence process.
