Partner Ana Paula Martinez will be a speaker at RBB Economics "Conference on Antitrust in Emerging Markets", which will be held on 28 October 2014, in Brussels (Belgium). The conference is jointly initiative of RBB, the Concurrences Journal and Norton Rose Fulbright.
Levy & Salomão’s Partner will be a panelist at the "Cartels and restrictive agreements" panel, which will discuss economic harm at investigation and damages stages, cross-jurisdictional issues in leniency applications, information sharing, among others subjects.
Marc Waha (Norton Rose Fulbright, Hong-Kong) and Richard Murgatroyd (RBB, Johannesburg) will be panelists alongside Ana Paula and lawyer Mélanie Thill-Tayara (Norton Rose Fulbright, Paris) will moderate the debate. Blanca Galindo Rodriguez, Head of the International Relations Unit at the Directorate-General for Competition of the European Commission, will deliver the keynote speech at the conference.
