The digital platform regulation agenda has gained renewed momentum in Brazil with Bill No. 4,675/2025, which proposes a specific competition regime for systemically relevant platforms. At the same time, CADE's enforcement activity and international experience point to a broader trend toward stronger enforcement in digital markets and increased scrutiny of product design, data practices, and business models.
